This is the 1912 Boy Scout Rally at the Northern Meeting Park, Inverness. The inspecting officer was The Mackintsoh of Mackintosh, Boy Scout Commissioner for Inverness-shire. During the event the Hon. Mrs Merry of Belladrum, a supporter of the Kiltarlity Troop, was presented with a Thanks Badge by Inverness Scouts under Scoutmaster Paulin and Assistant Scoutmaster Rhind. The Boy Scout Movement was founded by Sir Robert Baden-Powell in August 1907
