The station had to deal with all sorts of passengers. It is situated at the end of the pier in Kyle, this view looking back inland towards the railway bridge. The sign on the station roof gives directions to the Station Hotel on the jetty, owned at the time by the London, Midland and Scottish Railway Co., now known as the Lochalsh Hotel
