Lochalsh Hotel

Duncan Macpherson took many photographs of this building over the years, as it stood close to his pharmacy and the jetty from where ferries crossed to Skye. Here, the hotel has been greatly enlarged and given a new frontage, altering the appearance considerably since it was the Station Hotel and owned by the London Midland Scottish Railway Co.
