To the right of the Free Church you can see the foundations of the Kyle Public Hall was finished in 1932. In the centre of the photograph is the distinctive window in gable end of the Church of Scotland, the Drill Hall to the left, with the path to Pladaig Bay behind, and just behind the church is the photographer's house, Glenquithel
