A memorial to the famous Scottish author Sir Walter Scot, inscribed with the words 'The immortal Walter Scott' on a natural boulder, located between Tain and Edderton at the Glenmorangie Distillery. Dated 1832, it was inscribed by a mason during the construction of the distillery.
