The thatched croft house pictured is situated at Peighinn-na-Cille near Bornesketaig in the north of Skye. It was the home of the Gillies family. Three crofts were created around 1904, each tenanted by one of three brothers who continued to work the crofts until the middle of the century. At the time of writing (2011) the house is used as self-catering accommodation.
