The highest sea cliffs on Skye are to be found along the west coast of the Duirinish peninsula, some 10 kilometres west of Dunvegan. Waterstein Head, pictured, rises to 296m (967 feet) above Moonen Bay with the dramatic cliffs offering one of the best places to view seabirds such as fulmars, terns and guillemots.
