Ferry to Knoydart

Knoydart is a peninsula in Lochaber between Loch Nevis and Loch Hourn. There are seven miles of tarred road on the peninsula but it is not connected to the main UK road network and Knoydart is only accessible by foot or by boat. A passenger ferry runs from Mallaig to Inverie, the only village on the peninsula, while another ferry (mainly for walkers and mountain bikers) runs from Arnisdale and Kinlochhourn to Barisdale.
