A note on this plan reads: 'This is the plan of the shootings of Dalchully referred to in the lease dated 21 & 25 May 1868 between William Montague Baillie Esquire [Commissioner?] for Evan Baillie of [Dochfour?] the proprietor and Thomas Eyre Foakes Esquire of number four New Square Lincolns Inn Fields London ... ' The plan shows the River Spey, Cluny Castle, Dalchully House, Strathmashie Lodge and Shirrabeg House. The area in the northwest of the map is designated 'Shootings of Glenshero'. Parts of the area are now under water as the glen was flooded as part of a hydro-electric project
