The Glascarnoch-Luichart-Torr Achilty Scheme was one of three schemes within the Conon Hydro-Electric Power Scheme between 1946 and 1961. The water from this dam is carried to Luichart Power Station which has a capacity of 34MW and produces an average of 135 million units each year
