This stone lined Bronze Age burial cist is contained within Nether Largie North Cairn, Kilmartin Valley, just north of Lochgilphead in Argyll. The inner face of the north end slab (pictured here) is decorated with two large axe heads. The cist capstone is decorated with about forty cupmarks and at least ten axe heads.

A total of five cairns - the earliest dating to around 3000 BC - are contained within Kilmartin Valley running in a line from NE to SW. Finds from excavations include a jet necklace, decorated pottery and decorated grave slabs
