This photograph from the Grantown Museum archives shows Nina Caroline Ogilvie-Grant, the 12th Countess of Seafield in the grounds of Castle Grant. Her husband, Derek Herbert Ogilvie-Grant-Studley-Herbert is standing to her left, wearing spectacles.

Nina Caroline Ogilvie-Grant was born in 1906, the daughter of Sir James Ogilvie-Grant, the 11th Earl of Seafield. Sir James died in November 1915 from wounds received in action during World War I.

The 12th Countess of Seafield died in 1969. Her son, Ian Derek Francis Studley, then inherited the title to become the 13th Earl of Seafield.
