This image from the Grantown Museum archives shows members of the South Church Sunday School. On Thursday 16th and Friday 17th March, 1933, the Sunday School performed an operetta entitled 'The Mystic Mirror' at the church hall.

It is recorded that the performance was directed by James MacKenzie, the scenery was made by Kenneth MacKenzie, and the piano player was Ian C Davidson.

Located approximately 32 km southeast of Inverness, Grantown is a planned village, established in 1765 by the local landowner, Sir James Grant.
