This short note regards an attatched excerpt of a letter from Rev Donald MacKinnon, mimister of Strath. Rev MacKinnon was writting about the ruinous state of his church, the lack of a manse or any living allowance which has forced him into 'the common asylum of insolvent debtors'. The note asks that his situation be passed on to Major Campbell and sorted out.
