This letter from the Scotch Education Department is in reply to a letter from the Kylerhea Christian Knowledge Society. The letter states that while the school building at Kylerhea belongs to the Sleat School Board, the management of it cannot be placed on the Christian Knowledge Society and an application of Annual Grants be granted by the Education Department. The letter also states that if the Sleat School Board takes over the management of the school then they can make an application to the Education Department for an Annual Grant.
