LMS 14690 'Dalcross Castle' and an unidentified Castle class loco leaving Aviemore on a southbound passenger train.

14690 (formerly HR 29) was part of the second batch of 'Castle' class 4-6-0 express passenger locomotive designed for the Highland Railway. It was built by the North British Locomotive Co and delivered in 1913. It continued in service until being withdrawn in April 1947.
