54462 on a freight train near Aviemore.

54462, a 4-4-0 steam locomotive, was built for the Caledonian Railway in 1916 to a design by William Pickersgill. It was numbered CR 114. After the grouping it became LMS 14462. At the time of nationalisation in 1948 it was based at Motherwell shed. It was withdrawn from service in May 1960 and disposed of in december of the same year.
