HR 30 'Prince' at Dunkeld Station

HR 30 'Prince', in Jones I livery, at Dunkeld Station.

HR 30 was one of the final two engines built to Peter Drummond's original design of the Highland Railway's 'Castle' class 4-6-0 express passenger locomotive. It was built by the North British Locomotive Company in 1910, some 10 years after the first batch had been delivered. After the grouping it became LMS 14685 and continued in service until being withdrawn in January 1946.
