HR 8 'Ben Clebrig' piloting N0. 142 'Dunrobin Castle' on a down passenger train in the platform at Aviemore in 1912.

HR 8 was built for the Highland Railway by Dübs & Co. of Glasgow in 1899. It was a member of the class of locomotive now known collectively as the 'Small Bens'. After the grouping it became LMS 14404 and continued in service after nationalisation, finally being withdrawn in October 1950.
