LMS Class 5, 5029, having its firebox cleared at Perth North Shed.

5029, an LMS Class 5 locomotive, was built at the Vulcan Foundry at Newton-le-Willow in September 1934. It was withdrawn from service in October 1966 and scrapped in February of the following year. The Class 5 locomotives were designed by William Stanier. Commonly known as 'Black Fives', 842 were built between 1934 and 1951.
