Evanton from the Secession Chapel

This postcard shows the village of Evanton, Easter Ross, as seen from the Secession Chapel at the top of Chapel Hill. Evanton itself revolves around the junction between two roads. Balconie Street is the main through road, following the line of the old A9. Chapel Street runs north from this up a hill, terminating at the chapel. Although converted to residential use, the chapel remains one of the village's most interesting buildings
