Ardnamurchan

This photograph, captured by Tom Baker, shows a view across Ardnamurchan, a peninsula on the north-west coast of the Highlands. Two hours drive from Fort William, the peninsula is a remote region with a sparse population, partially a result of evictions and migration during the Clearances. The area does, however, contain abundant wildlife, including red deer, otters, seals, golden eagles and pine martins.
