This photograph of a young boy (unidentified) was taken in the garden of Ellen and Robert Easton at Inchnadamph.

Ellen and her husband Robert - known locally as 'Bodach Easton' - lived at Inchnadamph for many years until their house burned down in the late 1940s and they moved to Elgin. They were neighbours of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Corbett, grandparents of the Highland journalist and editor, Willie Morrison. Roberta, the Easton's only daughter, was known as Bobbie. She trained as a teacher and went on to become head teacher at Laggan
