This photograph is of Jessie Corbett (left), Colina Mary Macleod (centre back), Betty MacLeod (right), and the sister of Huisdean Danny Macleod (centre front). The photograph was taken in 1928.

Jessie Corbett was the mother of the Highland journalist and editor, Willie Morrison. She died on 6th January 2007, aged 95. Jessie was a teacher at Gualin Lodge in the 1930s where she taught the caretaker's children. The Gualin Estate lies in between Rhiconich and Durness and covers around 6,500 acres of land. It was once a part of the estate of the Dukes of Sutherland
