This bronze medal shows Prince Charles Edward Stuart on one side and his wife Louisa on the other.

Around Prince Charles' head is inscribed 'Carolus III 1720 M B F et H Rex 1766' while round Louisa's head is the inscription 'Ludovica M B F et H Regina 1772'.

Prince Charles Edward Stuart and Louise Maximilienne Caroline were married on 17th April 1772.
