This Pictish sculptured stone was found at Cnoc-an-Fruich at Grantown-on-Spey in Morayshire. It would have been carved between 600 and 800 AD. The stone has finely-incised symbols on one face. A red deer stag can be clearly seen at the top, above a rectangular symbol with spirals at the corners.
