This postcard shows the domestic staff at Achdalieu Lodge in Lochaber.

Achdalieu Lodge was built as a hunting lodge in 1885, by Cameron of Lochiel. It is situated on the north shore of Loch Eil, three miles west of Inverlochy in Lochaber. The lodge was occupied by shooting tenants until 1952, when it became a hotel. Today, the building is an Outward Bound centre
