This postcard shows a view of the Black Rock Bridge at Evanton in Ross-shire. This is one of two bridges that cross the Black Rock Gorge. The gorge was carved by the River Glass as it flowed from Loch Glass to the Cromarty Firth. Ten feet wide and 150 feet deep, it is famous for being the backdrop to scenes in the box office film, 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'
