This postcard shows the interior of St. Maelrubha's Church at Poolewe in Wester Ross. The small stone Episcopalian church was dedicated to St. Maelrubha in 1965.

St. Maelrubha came from Bangor in Ireland in 671AD and built a monastery at Applecross. A chapel was also founded nearby on Eilean Maruighe, one of the islands in Loch Maree. The chapel ruins still remain
