Loch Duich, from Auchtertyre Hill

Auchtertyre Hill lies just to the north of the village of Auchtertyre in Wester Ross. At 452 metres it affords wonderful views down Loch Duich to the peaks known as the Five Sisters of Kintail. The steep forested slopes on the right of the photograph surround Totaig, with the village of Dornie on the shores of Loch Long hidden from view on the left.
