A photograph, taken in 1967, of the family mausoleum of the Robertsons of Inshes, in Inverness-shire. The Robertsons of Inshes are natives of Inverness-shire and are descended from Duncan, the second son of Duncan de Atholia, dominus de Ranagh. John Robertson, a member of his family, was standard bearer to Lord Lovat during the battle of Lochlochy in 1544. The Robertsons of Kindace are descended from his third son, William. James, the youngest son, founded the Robertsons of Shipland.
