Old Highland cottage at Kintra, Mull

Kintra is a small settlement on the north coast of the Ross of Mull. The name comes from the Gaelic for 'end of the beach', Ceann Tràgha. On Mull it was common for houses to have one rounded end and one squared gable end. The house in this photograph looks like it may have been built to this style
