Studio portrait of John (Jock) Wallace, one of Dr Wallace's two sons. Dr Wallace was for a long time the GP in Ullapool.

Jock was killed during training with the Royal Air Force on the 13 May 1943, aged 21.

Note his 'N' brevet which shows he was training as a Navigator. The VR badges on his lapels showing he was also a Volunteer Reserve Officer. His grave is in the Old Parish Churchyard in West Argyle Street Ullapool.

Her sisters are shown in ULMPH_2000_0331 and ULMPH_2000_0332.
