This photograph shows some of the pupils of Ullapool School. The school was situated on Quay Street. In the back row, from left to right, are Willie Macrae, Colin Charlie MacLeod, George Mackenzie, Alec Stuart, Willie MacRae, Duncan Mackenzie and Kenny MacDonald.

In the front row, from left to right, are Flora MacLeod, Janet MacLeod, Chrissie MacLeod, Mary Bell MacLeod, Johan MacAskil, Cathy Mackenzie, Jemima MacLeod, Ina Rae and Barbara Stewart.

Colin Charlie Macleod and Kenny Macdonald were both killed at St Valery on 4 June 1940.
