Anno Secundo Gulielmi IV. Regis. Cap. XI.

An Act for the Prevention, as far as may be possible, of the Disease called the Cholera, or Spasmodic or Indian Cholera, in Scotland. 20th February 1832.

II. Every order to be certified by a clerk of the Privy Council and received as evidence.

III. Penalties for violation of the orders. Such crimes to be punishable by fines and imprisonment.

IV. How penalties shall be recovered.

V. Sheriffs or Justices are empowered to determine complaints and grant warrants for recovery of penalties and expenses.
