Action to be taken on "Stand to" and "Action Stations":
"Stand To" has ten actions to be taken including road blocks to be manned, mines put down in assigned places, telephone lines taken up and traffic control posts take up position. "Stand To" indicates that meteorological conditions are favourable for an invasion, and that some indications have been received of the enemy's intention to act.

"Action Stations" has six actions to be taken including Home Guard called out, some roads closed and leave will cease.
