Letter from Public Relations Officer from Scottish Command Headquarters to all Home Guard headquarters in their area.

This letter was to encourage the home guard to keep good relations with the press, both the local weekly press and the national daily press.

The press officer also includes in his letter "Rules for Guidance in Censorship" including six points listing things that can be mentioned. Below is a list of four things that should not be mentioned.
