Reply from Home Guard to W.J. Baxter O.C. Wick Defence, regarding the Vickers and Browning machine gun.

The letter informs Mr Baxter that the Vickers and Browning machine guns had only recently been purchased and so training had not yet begun for them. Also the whole situation will have to be reviewed because of the men's current training.
