Letter to Parochial Board from John Munro

Letter from John Munro to parochial board requesting them to support his twenty year old son. His son is "clean distitude of his rational sinces" meaning he was probably mentally handicapped but required the food and clothing of a full grown man. Mr. Munro was unable to now support him as well as the rest of his "weak family."

Mr. Munro now feels that the parochial board should provide his meal as he can no longer bear the burden on his "weak and numerous family."
