Second page of letter to Dr Black for George McKay

Second page of letter to Dr Black concerning George and Barbara McKay.

Mr and Mrs MacKay were in dire straits and needed poor relief. The letter adds that if it is found that they are not in need then it is an easy mistake to rectify. It is obvious however that they are on the point of starvation and should not be neglected "without awful responsibility."
