Letter from Mr William Mackay to Mr MacDougall.

Mr Mackay reports that he is very ill after having influenza.

The doctor has told him that medicine will not do him any good and that he needs nourishment. Mr Mackay is unable to support himself however and has no means to get nourishment as they are all unwell.

He requests that Mr Macdougall place his request for relief before the board.
