In this document dated 4 June 1751, John Willison, late treasurer of Inverness, lists the 'Deficient Rents' in the years of his office from Michaelmas 1742 to Michaelmas 1744.

Included in the list of debtors is Alexander Mackintosh, for one year's rent of the 'Town house and Shop at the Bridge' and Alexander Fraser, for two years' rent of the 'Maunce Yard'. The total amount of debt is seventy two pounds, Scots money.
