In this document dated 13 December 1751, Angus McIntosh of Drummond, late treasurer of Inverness, lists the 'Deficient Rents & Casualties' in his second period of office from Michaelmas 1748 to Michaelmas 1750.

Included in the list of debtors, for non payment of burgess' dues, is John Baillie, shoemaker, Thomas Bain, shoemaker, and William Grant, tidewaiter (Customs Official). The total amount of debt is two hundred and seventy five pounds, nineteen shillings and fourpence.
