Dun da Lamh hill fort stands on a hillside above the Spey Dam, west of Laggan Bridge. It has possible origins in the iron age but its 8m thick single rampart, 3-4m high, is common in Pictish royal sites from around 300-800AD. The ruin is popular with archaeological visitors.
