IMAGE CREATED: 1925?

Inveraray Shinty Club is pictured here with the Camanachd Cup. They won the cup in 1925 and 1926. This is believed to be their 1925 win, as that game was played in Inverness, where the photographer, David Whyte, was based. Inveraray won 2-0 against Lovat.

The cup was bought by the Camanachd Association in 1896 and was constructed by Hamilton and Inches of Edinburgh. The figure on the lid is based on Jock Dallas who played for Kingussie
